Michelle Bailey
Build-A-Chair program

Michelle Bailey has spent the majority of her business career in the healthcare sector.  For over 25 years she has worked at Johnson & Johnson and have held various roles both in the U.S. and internationally.

She has always had a passion for travel and has been fortunate to visit many countries around the globe. During her time with J&J she worked and lived in Brussels, Belgium for over two years. Her role was to take a recently acquired company in France and commercialize the business throughout Europe, Middle East and Africa.  An amazing experience!

In addition to her work life she has been actively involved in service for the past 30 years.  She has served as VP of the board for Hosanna Industries, a non-profit organization in western PA that serves the very needy with home repair.  She has also spent time mentoring women and focusing on how to elevate and promote women in the workplace.  She also served as board chair of Project Hope Alliance in California while they lived there for several years.

She is currently a member of the Keystone International E-Club and serve as Club Service Chair.  She is excited to share a little about their “non-traditional” club and Keystone Rotary's Build-A-Chair project serving those with disabilities in Tanzania.
