Meeting Program: Kerry Clough - The New Administration’s Environmental Priorities
- Kerry had a long career working for the EPA from which he retired in 2008. Since then, he’s been involved with volunteering and speaking engagements with groups like Conifer Rotary.
- Kerry gave a great talk to cover the environmental priorities of the new administration
- The Biden administration has priorities of both undoing some of the changes from the previous administration, as well as to bring in newer initiatives.
- Some examples of undoing changes include the Bears Ears National Monument and reenacting some requirements meant to reduce the amount of mercury produced in coal burning power plants.
