Announcements/Business:

  • Carol update: she applied for a work permit and a Kenyan alien ID; she was too old for the ID, says the computer. She challenged and did get it. This will make it easier to enter Kenya after traveling abroad. Three days ago she got her own car, a Toyota Vanguard, 4 wheel drive.

  • 9Health Fair: Rotarians (and others), please go to the 9healthfair.org website; click on the “login” at the top right of the page; go to Platte Canyon High School Health Fair site to see the jobs that need to be done (with a brief description of the job---for more info, call Charlotte, 315-730-8121). Volunteers will get a 20% discount for their lab work, if they wish to do labs. Everyone needs to arrive at the site by 7am to get oriented and ready for clients. Charlotte is still working on set-up/take-down day/time. Thanks, all.
