Film Showing & Outdoor Gear Auction Fundraiser

Warren Miller's “SNO-CIETY”

Supporting the Chyangba School Girls Hostel Project in Nepal.

December 5th, 6th, & 7th

Snowpack Taproom & Pizzeria

Conifer, Colorado

See this year's Warren Miller ski and snowboard movie and help us fund the Chyangba School Girls Hostel Project in rural Nepal. We aim to close the final financial gap that will allow the building of this safe and sustainable dorm next to the community school. This hostel is the difference between many area girls being able to go school or not getting an education at all. Learn more about the project HERE.

About the Film: From big mountain lines and race gates to urban ski hills and unexpected destinations, come along as we carve turns and find our crew—from California, Colorado, and New Hampshire to Austria, British Columbia, Finland, and Scotland. Drop in with Olympians, urban riders, and local legends on the big screen this fall, including Daron Rahlves, Britta Winans, Judd Henkes, Sarka Panacochova, Breezy Johnson, Chris Rubens, Juho Kilkki, and more. Learn more about the film HERE!

Come Friday, December 5th and enjoy a live auction with loads of great outdoor-themed goods! All proceeds will help support the building of the hostel.

Seating is limited. Buy your tickets below for the Warren Miller movie. All ticket sales are online with credit or debit card using PayPal. Your PayPal receipt is your ticket, bring it with you to the show.

Community Engagement

These are some of our projects here in the local community. Select the Community Engagement tab at the top of the page for more info.

285 Backpack Project

One in five children in Colorado belong to families that cannot afford food or do not have regular access to food.  The 285 Backpack Project is here to help. Rotary Conifer started the project in 2013 and it has been a huge help for children who do not have enough to eat. Click HERE.

Interact Club for School Students

Rotary Conifer sponsors our school version of Rotary in the local schools. This provides a unique opportunity for school students to reach out and engage our community positively. Learn more by clicking HERE.

Rotary Wildfire Safety

Rotary Conifer has a group dedicated to helping our mountain community prepare for the possibility of a wildfire disaster, Rotary Wildfire Safety. Use the Community Engagement tab above to learn more about Rotary Conifer's wildfire preparation efforts or click HERE.

Conifer Peace Park

The Conifer Peace Park is a place to reflect on peace and to hold events dedicated to peacebuilding.  Sponsored in part by the Rotary Club of Conifer, click HERE to learn more.

Rotary Foundation Donations
You can help us two ways: our Conifer Rotary Foundation, and the Rotary International Foundation.

Our Conifer Rotary Foundation is devoted to making our local community a better place. Donate to the general fund or name a program, such as the 285 Backpack project (food for needy kids), wildfire mitigation along our roads, and others.

Our Rotary International Foundation is rated 100% by Charity Navigator. It has many national and international humanitarian programs, including eradicating Polio from the planet, clean water for the extremely poor, disaster relief, and many others.
