Bob’s greatest privilege is helping people bring out the best in themselves. He was raised in Montrose, graduated from CSU, and spent the early part of his career working for Coors and one of their best distributors, who mentored him in Values-based leadership.
After losing his spouse to breast cancer, he moved his 3 kids, mother-in-law, and father-in-law back to Colorado and spent the next 30 years helping people and organizations work more productively. Consulting within a local mortgage company, Bob got licensed and wanted to understand why it is so difficult to get loans done. After 8 years, he is still learning.
Helping people own a piece of the ‘American Dream’ is one thing … Using mortgage strategies to build net worth and financial security is even more important. After spending two years as a skeptic of reverse mortgages, Bob got certified in them and loves helping retirement-age seniors thrive during this important season of their lives.
Bob is a longtime friend of Finn Knudsen and a member of the Rotary Club of Centennial.
